Description
This course is our most popular and refined GD&T fundamentals course for beginner or intermediate level. This is a great introductory or refresher course covering the most important major concepts of GD&T split into 6 core units from the GeoTol Pro 2020 workbook. It can be for design, manufacturing or quality personnel with lessons ranging from design application to inspection reporting.

Course Objectives:
- Read and apply the symbols and core concepts of GD&T.
- Knowledge on datum reference frames and constraining the degrees of freedom,
- Application of flatness and orientation tolerances,
- Understanding profile tolerance – applications, inspection methods and reporting
- Understanding position tolerance – applications, MMC/LMC modifiers, inspection methods and reporting
Course material is per ASME Y14.5-2018 but differences between earlier versions are also discussed.
